It's a wrap at Abrahams!

A little effort goes a long way and it’s the small things that make a big difference.  Here at Abrahams, we are continuously championing the value of good customer service and it’s one of our greatest qualities.

So, for those of you who aren’t aware, we provide a free gift-wrapping service throughout the year, not just for Christmas.  It’s one of the little extra’s that we are happy to provide for our customers.

However, for this service and for those who would like to, we happily and gratefully accept any small donations to a UK based charity very close to our hearts – ‘New Beginnings’, aimed at providing food, shelter and safety for orphans and street children in the Ukraine.

Now, that would make a very big difference.

The Olympic torch is delayed….by the Abraham’s Sale!

It has been reported that the procession of the Olympic torch has been delayed by a significant stop-off in the beautiful and historic village of Kirkby Lonsdale.

According to local witnesses, the Abraham’s half-price sale, which began on Saturday 21^st July, appeared to be the cause of the interruption in proceedings, with the torch bearer unable to resist the lure of a bargain.

With savings of more than 50% on all clothing and accessories*, the Abraham’s sale has been a firm fixture in the calendar of their discerning clientele for more than a decade, and is a favourite for those who appreciate products that are beautifully made and classically designed.

“We were surprised that the torch-bearer was able to carry the torch under the weight of so many bags of goodies” said a local by-stander.

Daisy goes Crazy for Creed!

It would appear that it’s not only our two legged customers who are enticed by the scent of our delicious range of ‘Creed’ perfumes.  

Our gorgeous four legged friend, Daisy, a Lancashire-Heeler cross, visited Abraham’s recently and found difficulty in choosing a favourite from our extensive range.
